Puppy Care

Giving them the best start.

Puppies rely on us for protection and care as they navigate their way around a new world.

It’s important to know that your puppy requires extra support and care during its early years. Booking an appointment to introduce your new best friend is a smart start!

Growing puppies require everything from correct nutrition through to preventative treatment for illnesses and disease.  During your initial appointment, our vet will discuss a wide range of topics and requirements to ensure your puppy has what it needs to thrive.

We recommend 3 booster vaccinations as listed below. After this, they only require annual boosters or just a health check depending on their lifestyle and habits which can be discussed with one of our vets. It is best to wait until at least 2 weeks after the second vaccination before you take them out to the dog park or for regular walks.

Puppy Vaccination schedule:

6-8 weeks – C3 Vaccination

10-12 weeks – C5 Vaccination

14-16 weeks – C5 Vaccination
